Returns & Exchanges
We want you to adore your piece and feel transformed through wearing it. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please reach out to us at anneke@allersatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
We will process the request and guide you on the return process. Refunds are not available, but we are happy to exchange or offer you store credit for future purchases.
We do not accept returns or replace any damaged jewellery pieces caused by too much pressure or unusual circumstances. No exchanges or refunds for broken chains post-purchase, but we'll repair or replace faulty chain clasps within 30 days.
Please be aware that no refunds or credits will be provided for shipping costs. You are accountable for both shipping and insurance expenses when returning an item. It is advisable to opt for trackable shipping as we cannot ensure the safe delivery of your package.
Return items in original packaging & condition, unworn & undamaged.
We do not accept returns on any custom orders, sale items or gift cards.
Allers Atelier reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable requests for a return.
